The Garleoch, home to the
Faslane Naval Base but, surprisingly,
also home to many yachting and sailing
clubs.
The loch
is surrounded by small villages, Rhu,
Garelochhead, Clynder, Rosneath, to name
but a few, whose residents make the most
of the Gareloch's inviting waters.
