to st margarets school and then st gerards in
govan,peter went to st teresa's. we left glasgow
in 1970 and have lived in the states since, we

Hi! I was born in Rottenrow
Maternity Hospital in 1953. I attented St Mark's
primary in Shettleston and when I had finished
there we moved up to Langbar Crescent,
Easterhouse. Just off the Edinburgh Road. In 1965
I went off to study at 'The Salesian College'
Pott Shrigley, near Macclesfield. I spent six
years there, two years in Bolton and two years in
Dublin before moving to London. I am married with
two boys and I teach for a living. I am happy to
hear from any fellow Scots, past pupils of St
Mark's or Salesian past pupils. My Dad and my
sister's family still live in Glasgow. My Mum
who's maiden name was Rose Docherty passed away
in December1994. I would love to hear from Thomas
Walker and any other past pupils. Get in touch

now work for the Royal Family on Sandringham

Attended Sandwood School and Penilee Secondary.
Left Scotland for the AMerican West (Idaho) in
1964. Anyone from Sandwood Primary or Penilee
Secondary who remembers me please contact by

McLeod, Ann Wright - Edith McLaughlin (these are
all maiden names - I don't have any married
names). These are just a few names - there are
lots of others. (Shiela Carter who went to
Merilee Convent and Margaret Murphy and Gloria
Malseed who went to Lourdes). Billy Bincham, Hugh
McKenna. I've been away a long time and I know
nothing about anyone I grew up with as my family
emigrated to Australia after I came to the
States. I got to visit Glasgow last summer for
the first time since I left and I had a wonderful
time. I am so proud to be a Scot expecially a
Scot from Glasgow. |

Vancouver we go back quite often and still have
